Sherrill Morales serves as Lead Partner at Atchley & Associates, LLP, one of Austin’s largest locally owned CPA firms. With more than 25 years of experience in public accounting, she provides strategic tax planning, tax compliance, and advisory services to individuals, trusts, estates, private foundations, and closely held businesses.

Before joining Atchley & Associates in 2001, Sherrill owned and operated her own accounting practice in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and previously worked with Hallquist, Jones & Swain, P.C. and Zlotnick, Laws & Sandoval, P.C. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at El Paso.

Known for her practical approach and personalized guidance, Sherrill works closely with business owners, entrepreneurs, and families to identify tax and estate planning opportunities that support long-term financial success. Her depth of experience, combined with a strong commitment to client relationships, enables her to serve as a trusted advisor through every stage of growth and transition.

Sherrill is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), including the Austin Chapter, and the Estate Planning Council of Central Texas. She is also deeply involved in the community and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Texas Advocacy Project.
