Harold Ingersoll is a Consultant at Atchley & Associates, LLP with more than 30 years of leadership experience in consulting, public accounting, and military service. He provides strategic advisory services to business owners, attorneys, and organizations, helping them navigate complex financial matters, business transactions, and growth opportunities with confidence. 

Prior to becoming a partner at Atchley & Associates in 2005, he owned and operated his own accounting practice before merging with Faske Lay & Co., LLP is a partner. He is retired from the United States Air Force and the Air Force Reserves.

Harold’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, expert witness services, succession planning, and business consulting. He works closely with clients to evaluate complex transactions and develop strategic plans that support long-term success. His ability to analyze and clearly communicate complex financial information has made him a trusted advisor to business owners, legal professionals, and organizations across a variety of industries.

Harold holds several nationally recognized professional designations, including Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA), and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA), the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA), and the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA). Harold is also deeply involved in the community and currently serves as President of the Rotary Club of Austin.
