Jay Mezera is a Partner at Atchley & Associates, LLP and has been serving clients in public accounting since 2003. He provides tax planning, tax compliance, valuation, and business advisory services to individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and closely held businesses.

Before joining Atchley & Associates in 2006, Jay worked with Elms, Faris & Company, LLP and Bolinger, Segars, Gilbert & Moss, LLP. He also gained valuable experience with Ryan & Company, Inc.

Jay’s practice focuses on tax planning and compliance, business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, and state and local taxation. He works closely with business owners and individuals to help them navigate complex financial decisions, identify opportunities for growth, and achieve their long-term objectives. His analytical approach, technical expertise, and practical problem-solving skills make him a trusted advisor to clients across a variety of industries.

Jay is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), including the Austin Chapter, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA), and the Society of Financial Service Professionals (FSP).
